Who does this apply to?
All CSPH faculty and staff on the Anschutz Medical Campus with the exception of CAIANH which should contact Cathy Bell for support. CSPH students should send an email to csph.studentIT@ucdenver.edu for assistance.
What IT help requests should be submitted?
Currently all desktop support requests should be submitted via the Help Desk.
How does this thing work?
- Users log in to the Help Desk by clicking on 'Login' (upper right corner)
- Username : 'University\<UCDloginID>'
- Password : <Your UCD Password>
- To enable auto-login, once logged in, search the 'CSPH IT Forums' for 'Auto Login'
- Users then submit requests by clicking on the 'Submit A Request' tab
- Once a request is submitted, you can check the status of your requests by clicking on the 'Check Your Existing Requests' tab
- Once logged in, users can reference and search 'CSPH IT Forums' for quick solutions to common IT needs
